2007 Fire/EMS Cadet Program: Required Supporting Documents
Proof of registration with Selective Service is required for males 18 years of age and older.
If an applicant is male and 18 years of age or older, he must submit at least one of the listed supporting documents with the application. Supporting Documents in other categories are also required.
- Selective Service Registration card
- Selective Service verification form or printout
